The Office of Public Integrity and Accountability within the Attorney General’s Office and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating allegations that Paterson Police officers assaulted a then-19 year-old man without provocation during the early morning hours of December 14, 2020, including in the vicinity of 1245 Madison Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey at approximately 12:30 a.m.
