Al Gore, the former vice president and 2000 Democratic nominee for President, is scheduled to come to New Jersey for a GOTV rally in Ocean Twp. on Oct. 15th.

That’s the scene of the much-watched LD11 general election battle between incumbent state Senator Jen Beck (R-11) and her Democratic challenger, businessman Vin Gopal.

Confirmed earlier this week as a surrogate, Gore is coming to New Jersey to stump for the Democratic ticket, which includes gubernatorial candidate Phil Murphy.
