Assemblyman James Kennedy has switched his vote just now from abstain to ‘aye’.  The board list remains open as per Speaker Prieto’s directive.  Kennedy was on Thursday an aye vote, then abstained on Friday, and now is back in the ‘yes’ column.  The vote is now 27-25-23, changed from 26-25-24 on Friday.  Legislators are trickling into the Statehouse, as the Governor has called a special session.
