Bramnick Bewails New Taxes in Murphy’s Budget Plan

Bramnick

Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick (R-21) said he was shocked to hear that Governor Murphy’s budget plans to begin a course of higher taxes and new spending.

“Governor Murphy is taking New Jersey in the wrong direction,” said Bramnick. “This is going to force more middle-class New Jerseyans to flee the state. Now it is up to the majority in the legislature to stop this plan.  This is déjà vu all over again.”

Bramnick said he sees $2.9 Billion in new spending in Murphy’s budget.

“I’m shocked,” Bramnick told InsiderNJ. “I’m shocked by the new spending.”
