Bramnick Explains the Election in WNYC Radio Interview

Bramnick

TRENTON, N.J. – Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick joined David Furst on WNYC radio’s Morning Edition today to discuss the state of the Republican Party in New Jersey.

“Our message in New Jersey as Republicans has always been one of fiscal responsibility and civility,” said Bramnick (R-21).  “I want people to know that as a Republican in this state, I want to respect people and bring people together.  And, if that message is not coming from Washington, it is going to come from me.”

  1. Blaming Trump is the easy way out, Jon. There has not been any semblance of a Republican party in NJ since 2009. Thanks to Chris Christie, there is no experience, qualified person in a position to run statewide or even for Congress. Hugin’s big pharma baggage would have disqualified him if he didn’t have $20 MM. The NJ GOP ended up with 2nd tier ideologue candidates for Congress because there is no winning GOP brand or organization left – the 1st tier candidates know that and stay out of the fray. Sadly, Bramnick, Jr. Kean and Steinhardt aren’t the answer.
