Bramnick Goes after Murphy Administration over Stein Case

In a conference call with reporters earlier today, Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick (R-21) expressed dismay over reports that the Murphy administration is mulling settling a pending case against the state filed by retired state Supreme Court Justice Gary Stein in May without any input from parents and school boards.

“Taking away a parent’s option to send their child to a school in their home district is not negotiable,” said Bramnick.  “Trenton should not stop your children from attending your neighborhood school.  Before the administration moves forward parents should know what the potential consequences are for their kids.”
