Buttigieg to Headline Hoboken LGBT Fundraiser for State Dems

Former EPA Regional Administrator Alan J. Steinberg talks about how 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg has a strong message that is reminiscent of Robert F. Kennedy and a campaign that is operationally both swift and nimble in reacting to events and trends. He also says that Mayor Pete has connections to NJ that will only make his campaign stronger.

South Bend, Indiana Mayor Peter Buttigieg will head up an LGBT event for Democratic Victory 2017 on 5/22 at 5:30 p.m. in Hoboken at the Pilsner Haus.

Buttigieg ran unsuccessfully for chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

Democratic front-runner Phil Murphy won’t be in attendance at the event, where Buttigieg is scheduled as the gubernatorial candidate’s surrogate at an event mainly tailored to support the New Jersey Democratic Party’s statewide campaign effort this year.
