Republican Attorney Daryl Kipnis of Somerset wants to challenge U.S. Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-12) this year.

“Official announcement coming Thursday & more details to come – I’m taking the fight for an affordable and prosperous New Jersey to the place where we’ve been sending the most tax dollars of any State only to get the least back in return – Washington, DC – on behalf of each and every person that calls #CD12 home!” Kipnis wrote this afternoon on Facebook.

Kipnis ran a spirited losing campaign last year against state Senator Bob Smith (D-17).
