Harry Hurley this afternoon reported that Trenton Assignment Judge Carl Buck determined earlier today in a Mercerville, New Jersey courtroom that Brian T. Fitzherbert will not appear on the June 2, 2018 Republican Primary Election Ballot for the United States House of Representatives in District 2.

According to Hurley, Fitzherbert has confirmed that he is going to appeal the decision. Judge Buck’s decision will be made official tomorrow.

Fitzherbert needed 200 valid voter signatures on his candidate’s petition. Judge Buck determined that Fitzherbert fell seven (7) short.
