Former Summit Mayor Jordan Glatt jumped into the CD7 contest today with an endorsement of a candidate in the Democratic Primary.

“Please join me in supporting Tom Malinowski for our 7th Congressional District,” Glatt wrote on his Facebook page.

“After meeting with him, and attending a candidates forum where all of the Democratic Primary candidates presented their vision to represent the CD7 , I believe that Tom’s record of public service in support of human rights around the world, as well as his distinguished diplomatic career, gives him the depth of experience to honorably represent us in the CD 7 in the U.S. Congress,” said the former mayor. “President Obama trusted Tom, to represent him on the world stage and so do I.”
