CD7 Flashpoint: Runoff Between Jois and Malinowski
Attorney Goutam Jois and former Assistant Secretary of State Tom Malinowski this morning went to a second ballot runoff election at the Warren County Democratic Convention in the 7th Congressional District.
The victor would have needed 38 votes to win.
No one in the six-person field got there, as Malinowski – the victor at last week’s Hunterdon contest – nearly doubled up, but fell just short of pinning Jois:
