Ciattarelli Campaign: ‘Count the Votes’

Jack Ciattarelli amid the maelstrom off early voting.
The Ciattarelli campaign released the following statement:
“Last night was a historic one for New Jersey Republicans, who picked up at least a half dozen Assembly seats, several Senate seats, along with county and local seats up and down the state,” said Stami Williams, Ciattarelli campaign spokeswoman. “Jack is proud to lead our ticket and our party’s resurgence. Right now, our team is focused on making sure all the legal votes are counted and our citizens can have confidence in the system.”

  1. While I understand what a close race this was, the remaining votes to be counted are coming from Democratic strongholds. I think that the margin will be become larger. Yesterday, my wife walked into a local business and heard the owner yelling over the phone about how mail-in ballots ruined the election for her candidate (Ciattarelli). I did not know that only people who vote the democratic ticket get to vote by mail. (Yes, I’m being sarcastic). These lies about how elections are rigged only serve to shake the confidence of those who don’t do their research and will buy into the lie that elections in the U.S. are stolen and not won. Count the votes? Sure. And when the count is over and verified, accept the results.
