Correa Wins Democratic Committee Support in Dover

Mayoral candidate Edward Correa prevailed Sunday in a three-person fight to secure the backing of the Dover Democratic Committee.

Correa, himself chair of the local party organization and a former alderman, secured 12 votes.

Sandra Wittner received five votes.

Sitting Mayor Carolyn Blackman received two votes.
