But today at Governor Phil Murphy's 2020 Budget Address, former Governor Jon Corzine occupied a chair down front alongside fellow former New Jersey governors Dick Codey, Don DiFrancesco, James McGreevey, James Florio, and Ruthi Byrne, widow of the late Governor Brendan Byrne.
