Coughlin

Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) issued the following statement on the advancement of A-15 out of the Assembly and Senate, which will phase in a $15 minimum wage in New Jersey:

“Today, both the Assembly and Senate passed legislation to help working-class families across our state. We are standing up for families living paycheck to paycheck and for protecting future generations. I look forward to standing with the Governor and Senate President for the signing of the bill to gradually raise the minimum wage into law and give New Jersey families the living wage they deserve.”
