Court Denies Singh’s Participation in Gubernatorial Debates

Republican Hirsh Singh has filed to run for Senator Cory Booker's U.S. Senate seat in 2020, reports the Shore News.

An appellate court today denied Republican gubernatorial candidate Hirsh Singh’s request to be a participant in the primary debates.

A non-publicly financed candidate, Singh sued in pursuit of relief to participate in gubernatorial debates on May 9th and May 18th.

The judge ruled that Singh did not meet the dealing to participate in the debates.
