TRENTON - State Senator Joe Cryan (D-20) padded the floorboards of the train.

On the losing side a week ago when his ally, Fanwood Mayor Colleen Mahr, got drop-kicked by state Senator Nick Scutari (D-22), Cryan appeared cordial and deft as the Chamber Train hurdled toward D.C.

He shared a few moments with Dale Florio, the former Somerset GOP Chairman.
