Senator Vin Gopal (D-11) has a new Chief of Staff – Dyese Davis. Gopal’s former COS, Toni Gingerilli was accepted to Harvard’s MPA program and recently left to study full time.

Dyese has been with the LD11 team since 2017, first working for Houghtaling and Downey as their Constituent Services Director, and earlier this year was named Deputy Chief of Staff to Senator Gopal.

Dyese is a Rutgers graduate, NLC fellow, and lifelong resident of Neptune. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at Rutgers University. In addition, she serves on the following Boards: Brookdale Community College, Affordable Housing Alliance, Neptune Planning Board, and the Neptune Library Board.
