Doubling down on her promise to limit herself to one term in office if she can’t lower property taxes, Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno released a YouTube video called “Pledge,” which hones in on her Election Night victory speech.

“Tonight, here’s my pledge to the hardworking men and women in New Jersey: if we don’t lower property taxes during my first term as governor, then I won’t stand for re-election,”she said.
