‘Devil in the Details’ Bramnick Vows to Disagree in a ‘Civil Way’

TRENTON – Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick (R-21) told InsiderNJ in the aftermath of Governor Phil Murphy’s speech that he thought Murphy did a good job.
“I thought it was a good speech, and basically he’s a good man – look, the devil’s in the details,” the Republican said. “New Jersey Republicans are going to attempt to work with him and when we disagree we’re going to do to in a civil way.”
Bramnick offered no ringing insights into the words he exchanged with Murphy or with former Governor Chris Christie, who for eight years proved a strong Bramnick ally.
“It went well,” Bramnick said of the ceremony.
