TRENTON - Insiders were in a stir at the Statehouse this afternoon ahead of the Senate Budget Committee Horizon hearing with the sight of a familiar Viking Blond presence in their midst.

It was Dog the Bounty Hunter of TV series fame, here to testify on bail reform.
