TRENTON – Dale Florio, the former Somerset County GOP Chairman, weighed in on the CD11 Republican Primary.

“You’d have to consider Webber the favorite,” said Florio, ensconced in Car 11 with an entourage around him.

Webber is in a duel with Totowa attorney Tony Ghee.
