Funeral Arrangements for Congressman Payne
Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. and the Payne Family announced that the Honorable Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. will lie in state in the Essex County Historic Courthouse on Wednesday, May 1st and funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 2nd.
Congressman Payne will lie in state:

Time: 11 a.m. to 12 noon – Private Viewing
12 Noon to 12 Midnight – Public Viewing
Place: Essex County Historic Courthouse
