TRENTON – Assemblyman Tom Giblin (D-34), a labor leader by trade, voiced hard words this afternoon at a Legislative Transportation hearing as NJ Transit scrambles to fill engineer job slots.

“It’s beyond scandalous,” Giblin said. “We have to be more aggressive in filling those slots. The public is at stake.”
