Graziano Joins Advocacy & Management Group as Vice President of Government Affairs
The Advocacy & Management Group (AMG), one of Trenton’s premier government relations and association management firms, is proud to announce today that Ben Graziano has joined the firm as Vice President of Government Affairs. Graziano brings nearly two decades of experience in legislative policy, government affairs, and advocacy, making him an invaluable addition to the AMG team.

Graziano began his career in the district office of U.S. Representative Robert E. Andrews, assisting with constituent and veterans’ issues. He later served as Director of Legislative Affairs for Assemblyman Jack Conners and U.S. Congressman Herb Conaway, M.D. In 2012, Graziano joined the New Jersey Assembly Majority Office as a policy analyst, where he staffed key committees such as Commerce and Economic Development and Telecommunications and Utilities, contributing to major legislative initiatives.
Most recently, Graziano was Policy Director for the Chemistry Council of New Jersey and a Lobbyist with State Street Associates, where he advocated for balanced legislation and regulation affecting New Jersey’s business and industry sectors.
Graziano holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mount Saint Mary’s University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Rutgers University in Camden. His commitment to public service was recognized with the State of New Jersey Commendation Medal from Governor Chris Christie for his work supporting New Jersey’s National Guard and veteran community.
