Attorney Seth Grossman, the Republican nominee for Congress in the 2nd District, said he backs President Donald J. Trump’s position on immigration and the President’s assertion that he will not sign the DREAMER-protecting bill crafted by Speaker Paul Ryan.

“To make America great again, we need to do far more than merely build the wall and enforce existing immigration laws,” said Grossman, running against state Senator Jeff Van Drew (D-1) to succeed retiring U.S. Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-2).

“We need to again reduce legal immigration to sustainable levels,” Grossman added. “We need to end ‘catch and release’, chain migration and lottery migration as proposed by President Trump.   We also need to revisit the decision made by Ted Kennedy Democrats in 1965 to increase the numbers of legal immigrants by 400%. I support President Trump 100% on this.”
