District 3 in Mount Holly - situated in the Burlington portion of the battleground 3rd Congressional District - reported 20% voter turnout by 8 a.m.

Jersey City reporting brisk voter turnout.

So is Montclair.

High voter turnout early.

"Good turnout it seems in Hoboken," said a mile-square source. "Other districts in Brandt School are heavy."
