Hillary Clinton Coming to New Jersey to Campaign for Menendez
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is scheduled to come to Jersey City next month to campaign for U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ).
In an email, Menendez noted to his backers:
"I am honored to ask you to join me for a Women for Menendez Evening Reception with special guest Hillary Rodham Clinton in support of my re-election campaign! This exciting event will take place on Monday, October 15th at 6:00 PM in Jersey City, NJ."
Clinton was the Democrats' unsuccessful 2016 candidate for President.
She and Menendez are longtime allies.
The New Jersey Senator was a dedicated backer of hers on the 2008 presidential campaign trail - and again in 2016.
