The Hoboken Roots of the Hudson Coup

Sacco

Prior to the Hoboken election, state Senators Nick Sacco and Brian P. Stack sat down for some candid talk.

Things had been going so well.

But now Stack was unhappy.

Sacco sycophant Joey Muniz was nosing around in Hoboken.

How would Sacco like it if one of Stack’s guys started messing around in Secaucus?

It just wasn’t done.

Sacco said it wasn’t true.

Now a source said the shape of the current coup looks the same as the one Stack threatened in response to Muniz’s Hoboken crawl, which implies a breach of a handshake or breach of agreement. Muniz floating as an LD32 assembly candidate – which sources said was not going to happen, including one source ultimately key to the process – himself would theoretically incite this, but the raining down of investigation would also spark hostility, the source added.
