John Heinis, founding editor of the Hudson County View, attended Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer’s press conference this morning and afterwards talked to InsiderNJ.

Confirming what InsiderNJ wrote last night, Zimmer told reporters she has had no conversations with the Murphy camp about either LG or a cabinet position. Backing longtime ally Councilman Ravi Bhalla for mayor, she intends to serve out the remainder of her term, Heinis told InsiderNJ.
