2. Yes - I think he should cancel all trips! Why should we pay for his travel? He is doing nothing but lining his pocket- raising taxes , making the richer even richer & giving away our money to illegal immigrants!

3. His staff obviously didn't handle it. Phil has to show that he's aware and in charge. They're acting like a bunch of amateurs. Maybe they'll close a bridge next.
