The Jersey Journal Backs O’Donnell for Mayor of Bayonne

O'Donnell
The Jersey Journal has endorsed former Assemblyman Jason O’Donnell for Bayonne mayor.
Of the three mayoral candidates, former Assemblyman Jason O’Donnell “is best equipped to chart this course thoughtfully and effectively, encouraging development in a controlled way that protects the interests of longtime city residents.

“O’Donnell, a lifelong Bayonne resident and former firefighter, has served in both City Hall and the state Legislature, bringing government experience to the table that would enable him to hit the ground running. The major campaign issue has been development and the use of tax abatements. Mayor Davis rightly has been criticized for his approach.”
