LD40 Aftermath: Corrado and Company Irritated by Guadagno’s Campaign Trail Moment with ‘Paul D’
A video on Paul DiGaetano’s Facebook page has the LD40 Team of Kristin Corrado steamed and looking for mea culpa overtures from Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno, the Republican nominee for Governor.
“I need you to know that Paul D. has been a very loyal person to me from the day we started on this adventure in November. He supported us all the way on this campaign – still supports us – and the fact that you’re here today where you could be out getting votes where you need it is very special to me.
“Vote Paul D,” she adds in the video.

Corrado buried DiGaetano on Tuesday night. The Bergen County GOP Chairman barely won his own county, and now Corrado and company are fuming.
“The LG can do whatever she wants,” said state Senator Kevin O’Toole (R-40), a Corrado ally, who endorsed the winner to claim the seat he will vacate at the end of the year. “Many of us were left with the impression she was going to be neutral, and we were shocked when we saw this video. She needs to build a dialogue with the three winners.”
She doesn’t need to build a dialog with anyone because she’s going to get whipped by Murphy, because Republicans like me who wanted Jack are staying home in November. I just hope that Corrado and Co. can do their best to help LD40 survive the next 4 years as best as possible.
