Give us DATA on the backlog of unemployment claims. What is the population of aging Unemployment claims? Aging dimensions (i.e. 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 30 days, 60 days). What are the characteristics of those aging claims (e.g. “combo” cases) that may identify root cause for aging (and possible solutions for resolving). What specific actions are being taken to resolve those aging claims? How are they being prioritized? What methods are being used to resolve particular challenges to approval? Give us information instead of excuses and self-congratulations.
