The statewide COVID-19 count is 141,560 cases and 9,702 fatalities as of Wednesday, May 13th.  The rate continues to flow downward, said the Governor, with spot positivity at 2% – a ‘very good sign’, he said.  There’s a slow rate of spread, and the overall trend line reflects steady progress.
