There is good news for Acting Mayor Hector Lora tonight in the City of Passaic.

The slate backed by Lora and Assemblyman Gary Schaer (D-36) swept in the local school board elections, less than a month ahead of the may nonpartisan mayor’s race.

Their slate won by a 2-1 margin.
