Frank Luna, chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Tom MacArthur (R-3) said the congressman continues to work hard in his battleground contest with Democratic challenger Andy Kim.

“Turnout in Ocean County is beating our expectations and we are encouraged by the lower turnout in some tough areas for us in Burlington County,” Luna said.

“Our team is in high spirits and excited to see what the night will bring,” he added.

Some districts in Burlington County are hitting 50%.
