MOONACHIE – On the way in to pay homage to state Senator Brian P. Stack (D-33) at the mayor’s ball here in Graycliff, Hudson County Clerk Junior Maldonado fielded a question amid the cocktails.

“I learned a long time ago to never say never,” Maldonado told InsidernJ when asked if he would consider a 2019 bid for Hudson County Executive.

When he got to Stack the senator/mayor clasped him behind the neck in a close quarters embrace.
