Peter Jacob 7,467 – 19 percent

Goutam Jois 5,482 – 14 percent

Malinowski won more votes in his primary than did U.S. Rep. Leonard Lance (R-7):

637 of 639 precincts – 99 percent

x-Leonard Lance (i) 24,841 – 75 percent

Lindsay Brown 4,772 – 14 percent

Raafat Barsoom 3,543 – 11 percent

But Malinowski also had what most insiders would regard as more robust challengers in Jois and Jacob.
