PHILLY – Running for mayor of Jersey City, Bill Matsikoudis looked vibrant and in the moment on the New Jersey Chamber Train.

He acknowledged efforts by allies of incumbent Mayor Steven Fulop to appear inevitable.

“They’re trying to make it look like there’s no contest,” Matsikoudis told InsiderNJ.

He promised that won’t be the case.
