Testifying today in favor of Senator Joe Vitale’s (D-19) sex abuse statute of limitations bill (A3648), author Richard C. Scuderi called out Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll (R-25), a member of the Assembly Judiciary Committee.

“Mr. Carroll,” said Scudieri. “Michael Carroll, I know you don’t look at me. Look at me. Vote for this bill.”

A retiring Catholic lawmaker from Morris County, Carroll sat on the committee this afternoon considering Vitale’s landmark legislation where Scudieri was one of multiple victims testifying in favor of the bill.
