Restaurants with fixed roofs and two open sides will be allowed comprising at least 50% of the area wall-space to reopen, Governor Phil Murphy said today.

"This was one of the most difficult decisions [we have made]." Murphy said of keeping indoor dining shuttered to fight COVID-19.

"I have nothing but sympathay for the employees and the reastuarants impacted, but we're just not ready," the governor added.
