Governor Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy will continue their 21 county Get Out The Vote campaign this evening, attending a Get Out the Vote Kickoff event in Eatontown with Josh Welle, Democratic candidate for Congress in the Fourth District.

Welle is running against longtime incumbent U.S. Rep. Chris Smith (R-4).
