Murphy and the Mets: Governor Helps Raise over $200K for Democratic State Committee
Governor Phil Murphy and his allies at the New Jersey Democratic State Committee tonight held a fundraiser at the Mets game and raised over $200K for the statewide organization led by Democratic State Party Chair John Currie.
In addition to the Governor, attendees of the soiree included Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-19), Middlesex County Democratic Committee Chairman Kevin McCabe, Gary Taffet, MWW chief Michael Kempner, Horizon’s Bill Castner, COS Peter Cammarano, Chief Counsel Matt Platkin, Scott Freda, Dave Samuel, and Deputy Chief of Staff Adam Alonso.
