Murphy Splashes Down in Newark to Campaign with Baraka - Rain Worrisome
Governor Phil Murphy and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka met up moments ago and campaigned together in the Nevada Street Apartments in Newark.
Murphy planned three barnstorming stops with Baraka.
Turnout was strong in the city this morning.
But according to one source, "People are starting to worry about the rain."
The rain may keep some people from the polls.
