Steven R. Rothman, a Democrat, is the former eight-term U.S. Congressman representing New Jersey’s 9th Congressional District from 1997-2013. Before Congress, Rothman served as the duly elected Surrogate Court Judge for Bergen County, New Jersey, 2-term Mayor of the City of Englewood, and practicing New Jersey and New York attorney.
