Scheduled to deliver the keynote Memorial Day address at the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Holmdel at 11 a.m Monday, Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno canceled shortly before due to what was announced as an unexplained “emergency”.

Guadagno’s mother – Blevens McFadden – had died.
