The NJEA: A Brief History of Giving (Primary 2013-General 2013)
If money can’t buy you love, then the NJEA’s legislative investments during the previous election cycle shows they spent a whole lotta money for not a whole lotta love, when looking at their 2013 contributions (between the union, their PAC, and locals) in context with the current statewide brawl, having poured nearly $150,000 into the re-election efforts of “Sweeney’s Sweet Sixteen”, those Democratic caucus members who signed onto the letter blasting the union for their escalating-by-the-day war with the Senate President.
