Florham Park, NJ – The Northwest Jersey Central Labor Council held their 6th annual Labor Reception Wednesday night in Florham Park. The night marked the first reception under the new president Gregory Conte.

Event brought out a bipartisan group of elected officials, including Gubernatorial candidate Steven Sweeney, Speaker Craig Coughlin, Senator John McKeon, Senator Anthony Bucco, Senator Joe Cryan, Mayor James Barbeiro and Mayor Dahlia Vertreese.

Working the room were both Morris County Democratic Chair Amalia Duarte and Morris County Republican Chair Laura Ali.

Among the Labor Leaders putting together the event was Anthony Abrantes, the Assistant Executive Secretary-Treasurer for the Eastern Atlantic State Regional Council of Carpenters.
