Ocean County Federation of Republican Women (OCFRW) Chairwoman Noriko Kowalewski will serve as a Committee Chair on the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) in 2022-2023.

NFRW President Eileen Sobjack appointed Noriko Kowalewski of Toms River to lead the Campaign
Committee, which is responsible for candidate recruitment and volunteer engagement for congressional races across the nation.

“The NFRW’s number one goal in 2022 is to stop the Democrats’ dangerous socialist agenda by helping Republican candidates take back the U.S. House and Senate,” Sobjack said. “The NFRW has brought together a distinguished team of Republican women whose ideas, skills and expertise will be vital in securing Republican victories at the ballot box in November and advancing our mission of building leaders, energizing communities and keeping America strong.”

Noriko Kowalewski has extensive legislative and campaign experience in New Jersey. She previously served as the Director of Constituent Services for Congressman Tom MacArthur (R-3) and has been both a field director and campaign manager for several congressional campaigns. Most recently, Noriko served as Campaign Manager for Ocean County Commissioners Gary Quinn and Bobbi Jo Crea. Noriko was the first woman to serve as Campaign Chair of the Ocean County Republican Organization and was recently elected to her third term as Chairwoman of the Ocean County Federation of Republican Women.
